Grade: Diesel Oil
Quantity: Shore tanks ,EACH LOT UPTO 15,000mts(+/-10%) MT seller?s option
Quality : standard Refinery specs, Sulphur upto to 0,2%
Loading date range: Above quantities are available for loading with notice of 12 days.
Pricing: PLATT'S Oilgram Price Report MINUS XX USD under heading FOB med (Italy) FOB load port Ex Tanks.
Price to be based on the quantities as certified by the joint surveyor based on quantity clause
Final Price shall be calculated /rounded to 3 decimal places, with the third decimal place to be increased to next digit whenever the fourth decimal place is greater than 5.
Documentation for Payment;
- Commercial Invoice
- Warranty of Title
- Certificate of Origin
- Cargo Manifest
- Certificate of Quality & Quantity by joint surveyors
Provisional Payment:As per Letter of Credit terms & conditions / MT-103 / TT
Payment of Provisional Invoice as per shore tank quantity to be made in case of TT Transfer, pricing period for provisional invoice shall be average of MOPAG Gas OIl Publications for the month of November 2014
Final Payment: to be effected/adjusted upon submission of Final Invoice (if TT Transfer) as per terms stated herein
Vessel: if CIF vessel to be nominated by the Seller to be acceptable to Buyer OR if FOB vessel to be nominated by the Buyer to be acceptable to the Seller
Payment: Irrevocable confirmed sight LC from a first class commercial bank OR Payment by TT
Title & Risk: Will be passed to Buyer at nominated vessel on cargo passing through permanent hose or loading arm disconnection.
Laycan: to be agreed mutually for each shipment
Laytime: 48+6 hrs SHINC for CIF OR 48+6 hrs SHINC for FOB
Demurrage: As per CP
Quality: At loadport
Quantity: As per BL at loadport
Inspection: 50/50 at loadport
Law/Arbitration: English law and London Arbitration
Other terms & conditions: Where not in conflict with the foregoing, all other terms & conditions shall be as DAP INCOTERMS (Latest edition with amendments, if any) or as mutually agreed.
