1. Seller issues FCO to buyer. Buyer returns the FCO signed and sealed with Buyer’s LOI on buyer’s corporate letterhead paper.

2. Buyer signs a Sales and Purchases Agreement (SPA) at Round Table Meeting in New Jersey in the USA at the Meeting with the Seller’s Shipper..

3. Seller and Buyer or their official representative sample test the Gold at a nearby Jewelry Shop or Buyer’s choice of Refinery in Elizabeth in NJ in the USA for preliminary Assay and Certification of the 1 or 2 kg Cash Trial depending on the Buyer Capabilities of Payment.

4.Buyer must come to a table top meeting with his own Safe , Suitcase or Metal Box or to safeguard the 1kg or 2kg of Gold , THE BUYER WILL TAKE RANDOM SAMPLE OUT OF THE 1 or 2KG TO TEST AT BUYER’S CHOICE OF REFINERY IN NJ IN THE USA.
5. WE DO NOT GIVE 1KG TO TEST BECAUSE THIS GOLD BELONG TO 16 MINING COMMUNITIES HERE IN SIGURI GUINEA.
IT’S A COLLECTIVE DECISION IN ORDER NOT TO CREATE ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN OWNERS DURING SMELTING AND ASSAY OF THE LOT OF GOLD BY BUYER IN THE USA.

6. Seller will issue copies of all Export Documents to buyer prior to shipment as well as the notice of shipping details. ETD, ETA etc.


7. As agreed with the buyer, the Seller’ Shipper who is to fly with the Gold from Guinea shall accompany the Buyer to his choice of Refinery with the remaining 31 OR 30 kg by Brinks same day Buyer finishes to buy the 1 or 2Kg Cash trial after taking Random sample out of the 1 or 2kg to test. Buyer shall effect the 31 or 32kg Payment to our (Societe General Bank) Account here in Guinea Conakry in less than 72hrs after final assay at the Buyer’s Refinery for the rest Qty and a contract of (200kg) a Month shall commence immediately Buyer must have finish paying for the rest 31 or 32kg after buying the 1kg or 2kg Cash trial in NJ in the USA.



OWNERSHIP:
Seller is the full owner of the gold Dust until full payments is effected by the buyer. At The time of paying for the 1kg or 2kg cash trial to the Seller’s Shipper after Buyer is fully satisfied with the SAMPLE ASSAY REPORT then Buyer automatically become the owner of the 1kg or 2kg Gold,

Owenership will be transferred immediately Buyer hand over the cash payment to Seller’s Shipper after assay of the Random sample at Buyer’s choice of Refinery or Jewelry shop in NJ in the USA proof positive and acceptable to the Buyer.

DOCUMENTATIONS:

All pertinent Documents concerning the exportation of the merchandise would be provided to the buyer including the followings:
a) Certificate of origin
b) Certificate of ownership
c) Assay report
d) Signed commercial invoice
e) Certificate of insurance
f) Custom duties and tax clearance certificates from Guinea Customs.
g) Certificate of non – criminal origin
h) Certificate of Analysis.




VISA:

A. Seller is responsible for Shippers entry Visa to the USA for the delivery
B. Seller’s Shipper has a valid US and European Schengen visa to accompany the Gold with the buyer to the Buyer choice of Refinery after the 1 or 2kg cash trial of taking RANDOM SAMPLE TO TEST has been completed at Buyers choice of Refinery or Jewelry Shop in NJ in the USA.
