Commodity : Saudi Light Crude Oil (SLCO) / ARAMCO standard export
specification

Origin : Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Quantity : 10,000,000 barrels per month for Sixty (60) Months contract.

Quality : Standard for export as per Annex A.

Price : Based on Dubai Platt Oil Market wire published posted price.

Discount : Gross USD 6.00 per barrel, Net USD 2.00 per barrel

Delivery : Delivery will be based on FOB Main Ports of Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Schedule : Minimum 10 Million BBLS Monthly till contracted quantity has been delivered.

Delivery Guarantee: The delivery of the Product is guaranteed by ARAMCO (FOB).

Discharge port : Name of the port and Country.

Payment :Payment for each cargo shall be effected by means of an irrevocable, revolving,
confirmed, and documentary Letter of Credit (IRDLC) to the value of one month’s shipment value confirmed by any of the top 25 world prime banks and revolving for the entire contract period. The Letter of Credit shall be payable 100% "At Sight" against first presentation of the following documents (Originals & Copies) into the account of ARAMCO.
