       After both parties signing this contract , Buyer shall issue a MT799 to Seller before May24/ 2011.

Within Five (5) banking days after Seller receives the SWIFT MT799 Pre Advice of L/C and accepts the format of DL/C issued by Buyer,    Seller shall open a Performance Bond (PB) through Bank accepted by Buyer with a value of USD xx,000.00 (2% of total value of 50,000MTfor first month trial order delivery) in favor of the Buyer to guarantee the performance of the agreement Contract..This is based on the first month’s shipment of 50,000 MT and the first month L/C value should be USDxxx0,000.00

Product Quantity & Price 货物数量及价格
2.1 Quantity The deliver quantity of  The First and Second month is 50,000MT: After signing this contract by both parties, Seller shall deliver one shipment of 50,000 MT ± 10 % of contract product with quality satisfying Clause 3.1 shipment within thirty days (30) after receipt of Buyer’s valid letter of credit. From the Third month and consequent month delivery quantity is 100,000MT+/-10% per month in 12 months , (partial shipment allowed per month), total contract quantity is 1,300,000MT in 14 months,   The price for the above14 months contract shall be adjusted every three month base on the market price mutually agreed by both parties.
