DELIVERY: FOB ROTTERDAM
PAYMENT TERMS: AS STIPULATED IN THE PROCEDURE
QUALITY INSPECTION: SGS OR EQUIVALENT
PRODUCT ORIGIN: RUSSIAN FEDERATION
NOTE:
➢ SELLER MAY INTRODUCE TANK FARM COMPANY TO BUYER.
➢ BUYER MAY CONTACT TO VERIFY THE TANK FARM COMPANY BEFORE MAKING ANY AGREEMENTS OR
PAYMENT.
FOB TRANSACTION PROCEDURES
1) Buyer provide to Seller official ICPO accordance to Seller Full Corporate Offer (FCO) along with Buyer TSA.
Note: It is mandatory to provide the ICPO with the company letter head, company registration number,
company bank information.
2) Seller issue Commercial Invoice (CI). Buyer signs and return to Seller the CI along with Buyer TSR
3) Seller issue NCNDA/IMFPA to all involved parties to sign and return to Seller.
4) Seller commences injection into Buyer tank and provide full set Proof of Products (POP) documents to Buyer.
List of POP documents:
a) Product Passport.
b) Certificate of Origin.
c) Injection Report
d) Fresh SGS Report
e) Authority to Sell and Collect.
f) Dip Test Authorization (DTA).
5) Buyer verifies SGS report OR optionally Buyer conduct inspection of product with their own SGS / INTERTEK
inspector officer. Upon successful verifications, Buyer make full payments via TT wire MT103 and Seller transfer
title to Buyer.
6) Seller pays all intermediaries involved as per signed NCNDA/IMFPA.
7) Seller issue Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for 12 months contract with Rolls and Extensions
