Экологические стандарты в производстве дизельных топлив с каждым годом растут. Сегодня в нашей стране можно производить дизтоплива, содержание серы в которых не превышает  0,001% масс. Такого количества серы в дизельном топливе недостаточно для обеспечения даже минимальных смазывающих свойств. Поэтому в него необходимо добавлять смазывающую присадку для улучшения эксплуатационных качеств.

Присадка вводится компаундированием с товарной смесью. По данным HFRR «High Frequency Reciprocating Rig» (EN ISO 12156-1, ASTM D6079) при добавлении 0.03% по массе пятно износа уменьшается с 550 мкм до 450 мкм.

Dinex Optima не имеет аналогов на рынке топливных присадок была разработана специалистами нашей компании в тесном сотрудничестве с нашими коллегами из центра перспективных разработок ФГУП НИИ “Кристалл” г Дзержинск.

Основной задачей при провидении изыскательских разработок было получение присадки, которая смогла в полной мере заменить запрещенный в ,5 классе топлив, н-метиланиллин.

Сама присадка представляет собой маслянистую прозрачную жидкость от бесцветного до светло соломенного цвета. Плотность при 20 градусах Цельсия 0,922. Пропорции добавления зависят от бензинов, в которые вводиться присадка. По усредненным данным при добавлении 1 % присадки в эталонную смесь 70\30 прирост составляет 3.7 % при добавлении 4% прирост составляет 13 пунктов. Добавление присадки не влечет за собой ухудшение параметров бензина которое может выходить за рамки технического регламента, предъявляемого к бензинам 5 экологического класса. Продлевает индукционный период бензина в 10 раз, содержит в своем составе моющий агент.
