First time buyers who wants to purchase product from our esteemed Refinery and wants to visit the refinery/Office for
the business discussion must sign contract approved by all terms and procedures outlined in the contract given. The
Buyer forward to us their company representative details that will be visiting the refinery for table talk meeting, (not
more than two) a copy of International passport of which will be used to provide a business invitation and
accommodation upon arrival into the Russian Federation  all to be Sponsored b  Bu er  bu er s compan   and a cop
of their airline tickets for documentation before the buyer visit the country. Also, the cost of sending products samples
is buyers responsibility and will be calculated per kg.
Note that Upon Visiting the seller s office  signing the hard cop  contract, transferring of the ownership title and
successful dip test, Buyer Remit 10% to facilitate process of moving the product from the refinery to the loading Port
and to provide the bu ers compan  the necessar  POP Documents to the Bu ers bank through the seller s bank officer.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: Buyers that can accept and pay for their first and second delivery at one of the nominated ports for
use by first-time Buyers ( ROTTERDAM, PRIMORSK, UST/LUGA, NAKHODKA, KOSMINO), can combine the first two
deliveries (as long as the sum of the two deliveries does not exceed the maximum quantity for a single delivery) and
have Seller deliver to the agreed destination Port FOB  for no additional charge  and the  don t need to have their own
Charter Vessel to pick up their first delivery

FOB DIP & PAY PROCEDURE
1). Buyer issue ICPO containing the seller's working procedure, Buyer's banking details and scanned copy of
buyer's passport along with TSA.
2). Seller issue commercial invoice for the lift able quantity in the tanks at the port; buyer and Buyer's logistics
company sign and return back the commercial invoice to seller within five (5) days from the date of received.
3). Seller issue to buyer POP listed below:
a) GPS Coordinate-Tank Storage Receipt (TSR),
b) Letter of Product Availability/Injection Report
c) Dip test authorization letter (DTA)
d) Authorization to sell and collect.
e) SGS Report.
f) Authorization to Verify the Product in the Seller's Tank (ATV)
4). Buyer within 48 hours of receiving LUKOIL PJSC POP conducts unconditionally Dip-Test/SGS at seller s
tanks and sends TSR upon successful dip test of the product.
5). Seller issues the following document to all intermediaries involve in the Transaction and to buyer.
Endorsed NCNDA/IMFPA.
6). Upon successful Dip Test in tanks, product will immediately be injected into Buyer's tanks. Buyer Makes
Payment for the product via MT 103 in exchange for title.
7). Both parties sign a one-year contract.
8 ). Seller pays commissions to mandates and intermediaries within 24hrs after confirmation of the buyers'
payment.
